Porcupine meatballs


This is another recipe that a friend gave us and it is delicious. Mis in bowl,

* 1 pound hamburger

* Half a cup of uncooked gluten free white rice (jasmine or balsamic)

* Half a cup of water

* One third cup chopped onion

* 1 teaspoon salt

* Half a cup of celery salt ( it tastes fine without it)

* One eighth teaspoon pepper

* One eighth teaspoon garlic powder

I formed meatballs with the mixture and put them in the crock pot. Then I poured 2 cups beef broth and 1 cup water over it and cook it on low for 3 hours. If you don’t have a crock pot you can cook it on the stove for 1 hour with a lid on it. Once it’s done they will be sort of shaped in meatballs but still delicious. Serve with tomato or marinara sauce if pleased. Enjoy your delicious porcupine meatballs.
