Fry bread

Something I eat with breakfast, lunch and dinner is fry bread. It is a perfect, delicious boost to any meal. Here is how you make it. First get about 1 cup of bob’s red meal gluten free flour and half start with a fourth of a cup of water or more. It depends on if you want it runny or thicker but you want it a little thicker than pancake mix. Once you have the dough at a good consistency you dump a little bit into a pan with either olive, or canola oil and fry it. You can spread it out and make it thinner or keep it to one side and make like a bread stick. Once it’s done pull it out of the pan and on to a napkin to wipe off the access oil. Then serve it with tomatoe or marinara sause.
